MBAM all the way! SpyDoc is paid removal and detects less than MBAM. IObit stole MBAM's database. I don't know much about the others, but Jordan likes Trojan Hunter.

Same here. MBAM rocks!! Never tried Trojan Hunter. Unless you mean Rootkt Hunter(Rkhunter). Does pretty well for Unix/Linux and BSD variants.
